* A three-hour session for learning, hands-on practicing, and dining afterwards – a minimum of three dishes learned, prepared and served – two appetizers and one main dish. 4-5 people: 2 main dishes; 6-8 people: 3 main dishes.
* Cost for individualized hands-on cooking lessons, including all materials, recipes, the meal as closure and a take-home package of the key seasonings such as Cai’s chili sauce … $200 for one person; $300 for two; $400 for three; $500 for four; additional $100/person for 5 up to 8 people.
